GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AGREEMENT
Ceritide Research

Payment Authorization
All payments made via e‑Check / ACH are payable to Ceritide Research. By submitting payment information and placing an order, you authorize Ceritide Research to initiate a one‑time ACH or electronic debit for the full order amount from the bank account provided on the date of purchase. You acknowledge that all authorized ACH transactions comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Payments submitted after 11:00 PM Pacific Time will be processed on the next business day. Once payment authorization is completed and the order is placed, no changes, modifications, or corrections may be made. You are advised to print and retain a copy of this authorization for your records.

By placing an order with Ceritide Research, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
